Editor's Take

Monday.com is the PM tool I recommend most often to non-technical teams. The visual boards are genuinely fun to use (rare for enterprise software), and the automation builder saves hours of manual work. My main gripe is pricing — that 3-seat minimum on paid plans means a solo freelancer pays $27/mo minimum, which feels steep. For teams of 5-50 people, though, it is hard to beat. The CRM add-on is surprisingly capable too. If your team hates spreadsheets but needs structure, Monday.com is your answer.
