Editor's Take
Asana is the PM tool I recommend when someone says "I just want something that works without a manual." The onboarding is the best in the category, the interface is clean, and the automation Rules are genuinely powerful. Where it falls short is value — ClickUp gives you more features at half the price, and Monday.com is more visually flexible. Asana charges premium prices for a premium experience. If UX matters more than feature count, Asana is your tool. If budget matters more, look at ClickUp.
