We checked this in April 2026 and here's what we found — Zoom offers two recording options: local recording (saves to your computer, available on free) and cloud recording (saves to Zoom's servers, requires Pro plan). Cloud recordings can be shared via link, transcribed, and stored for a configurable period. Pro plan includes unlimited cloud recording storage with auto-delete policies.
