What We Found
We checked this in April 2026 and here's what we found — Individual files up to 5 TB can be uploaded to Google Drive. Google Docs are limited to 1.02 million characters, Sheets to 10 million cells, and Slides to 100 MB. These limits are more than enough for most users. The 5 TB per-file limit is among the highest of any cloud storage provider.
