How to use Regret Score

1. List every SaaS you pay for. Pull bank statements or accounting software if needed.
2. Score each on 5 dimensions: Usage frequency, Value-per-dollar, Team adoption, Migration pain, Emotional attachment.
3. Anything below 5/10 should be reviewed for cancellation or replacement this quarter.
4. Anything above 8/10 is a keeper — negotiate annual discounts with confidence.
