We checked this in April 2026 and here's what we found โ€” Experience Cloud portals can be fully branded with custom logos, colors, fonts, and themes โ€” essentially white-labeled customer/partner portals. The internal CRM interface allows logo and color customization but always identifies as Salesforce.
