We checked this in April 2026 and here's what we found — Customer-facing storefronts on BigCommerce can be fully custom-branded. The "Powered by BigCommerce" reference can be removed. However, the admin panel retains BigCommerce branding. BigCommerce does have a partner/agency program for managed stores.
